·     A large telecommunication firm was losing customers because of its long order to delivery cycle time. Our project manager lead the initiative to reduce this cycle time from 3 months to 3 weeks. Though process innovation, de-bottlenecking and system changes, the objective was achieved in 9 weeks.

Despite the initiative's strategic importance to the company's future, the project was losing momentum and faced potential termination. When our project manager assumed leadership, they revitalized the effort by fostering focus and building momentum. As a result, the team successfully delivered the first system release within just six months.

·        A major utility company sought to enhance its information security measures across a workforce of over 4,000 employees spanning three continents. However, the initiative faced challenges, including incomplete implementation and technical configuration issues that disrupted daily operations. Our project manager not only resolved the technical problems but also significantly improved adoption rates and elevated the company's cybersecurity posture by a factor of 10.
